We are pleased to inform you that, as of yesterday, October 4, 2023, COMEAR and BSP have officially joined UMBRAGROUP. Under the new corporate structure, UMBRAGROUP has acquired a 51% stake in COMEAR and BSP, while the remaining 49% remains with CEO Claudio Becchetti, who has also been a member of the UMBRAGROUP Board of Directors since last June, further strengthening the long-standing relationship of trust, synergy and collaboration between the two companies.
